If you rent a seller, you know, it is difficult to hire good consistently. In my experience, most sales are better candidates for selling themselves in an interview than the actual sale of products or services! My experience prior to cessation seller was frustrating, so many years, I decided to find the best opportunities for rental to vendors. I wanted to stop hiring sales “duds” and start hiring top salespeople consistently.
