Is Dulles VA and Washington the same area? My flight says Washington IAD but my rental car is says Dulles VA?
I want to make sure I have my rental car at the correct location (Wash DC not Virginia)

DULLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (IAD) is on western suburb at edge of Fairfax and Loudoun County and only has expensive bus & taxi service….so rental car is FINE but please make sure you observe the signs bec some of the main thoroughfares along I-66 going in/out of Washingon are HOV RESTRICTED during certain times.
